She was stuck we the kids for two extra days.
Thursday she had to take both kids to the doctor’s office.
However their appointments were 3 hours apart. Our daughter had strep throat. The son had a bad cold.
That would have been bad enough. Things are never that simple…
- Doctor’s office is 1 hour away.
- Weather went bad. Started to snow (bad enough that the schools were closed)
- She had to wait another hour to wait for the strep results.
Of coarse because of the snow and ice, school was also closed on Friday. My daughter finally gets a day off from school and they close the school on her.
